I understand now Qatar has stopped issuing business visa or visit visa for those who left Qatar without cancelling their resident permit in Qatar.

Is it true? Can anyone confirm this?

Exactly QS.. One person at one time can only have one type of Visa..

How the hell they can issue any other type of visa, if your RP isn't cancelled and still valid?? Why on the earth you need a visa with valid RP?
