Visa status qatar help please!!!

i have freind came on a working visa in order to find a job here ,now his sponsor he is asking him to sign a paper that he is not working for him or his going to report him to the police , he has a month left on the visa , so the question is it safe to sign this paper , and second question is he still not have a sticker of the visa on his passport so in case he wonna leave the country would he need a permition from this sponsor ?

Yes he needs permission from his sponsor to leave Qatar. If he stays more than three months without having RP on his passport he will pay a fine of 10 Riyal every day. But when he leaves Qatar he can cone back anytime he wants. About the paper he has to sign Read if carefully, probably the sponsor does not want your friend to ask him to pay the penalty????
