Hey Guys,

Currently I am having a Srilankan maid under my sponsership and she will complete her 2 years in December. She informed us that she wants to leave by end of October for marraige and would not return back.

My Question is, if I cancel her visa, Do I have to repeat the whole Visa approval process again or can I submit the papers to bring another maid directly? What papers are required to submit?

Also if I want to change the natonality in the approved visa what is the procedure?

If anyone has got the correct knowlegde about this subject or has the first hand experience,please let me know. If anyone can help(ofcourse for a reasonable fee) in doing the paper works, that would be highly apprecited.

Once you cancel the visa for your maid from the immigration Dept, you will recivce 2 document (in Arabic), were one will be submiited to the airport when she exits the country and the otherone will be with you. You have to take this document with you once you apply for the new visa, weather its for the same nationality or different nationality.Incase if u want to change the nationality, you need to apply first for the change of natinality and then apply for the Visa. or else you can directly apply for the new visa with the same nationality.Wish you all the best..
