HI Everyone,

I have been working in Dubai for past 10 years and recently got an oppertunity with a company in Qatar. They have applied for my visa on 2nd week of September-2011 and till now there is no news of the visa. I have never heard of such a delay in Dubai, so I was bit surprised at first.

Can anyone please advise me what is the normal time in issuing of an employement visa in Qatar???

its depend on the company for visa quota of each nationality..its shouldnt take longer than 2weeks.unless they are requesting a new quotacz as for me my co. apply biz visa (last time), i got it within 2days after receving employment letter & air ticket. for single, female.good luck!!
