The company I'm Working is reducing staff, they have promised give me the NOC, currently my wife is in qatar under my sponsorship, my company will cancel my visa and give me NOC, so does my wife's visa will get cancel? and meantime how soon can i return to Qatar (for another Job)?
thanks for your response but my employer says if he gives me local change he will loose his visa which has given me, he has given me a manager's visa. his point his next time when they apply for visas they will loose this visa.. thats why he said he'll give me NOC. i really dont know whther its true or not? please advise whther this info is true?
If you have good relationship with employer, you can try to take local change and look for similar or better job as there is absolutely no loss for the company. If you can't, then ask for NOC, so that you can come back to Qatar anytime provided you get suitable job as well as availability of Indian Visa with your new employer.Alternatively, if you want to save your wife job, she should transfer her sponsorship from you (husband) to the company where she is currently employed before your company initiate cancelation of your Visa.
