Where I can find WATER-PROOF cloth in Doha?

I've been looking for those thick water-proof cloths around the Souq, but I haven't found any yet.

I'll be attaching a photo of what I'm going to be using it for. They're called "Cleaning Tabards". :) It's really hard to find waterproof cloth for it. If anyone of you has an idea where I could find one, please let me know as soon as possible. It would be a lot of help!
