Help ...Schengen Visa

HI There, I applied schengen visa from German embassy on behalf of Norway embassy, since there is no Norwageian embassy in Doha, but unfortunately, they sent me back my passport with refusal letter, mentioning (( You're intended date to leave member state states before expiring your visa isnot ascertained )). Here I need advice, they put my passport a stamp of which is " Application received by German Embassy in Doha" Does this stamp means that i willn't apply schengen visa from any other embassy?. Second, is there any other chance to apply a schengen visa? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks

can apply for a Schengen Visa.

Thanks Blue_Rose.I'm trying to apply through third person, but don't sure it will be possible, since the embassy needs the applicant to ask about his visa application..

if u only want schengen visa then u can apply from french embassy in qatar.it will be easy to get schengen visa from french embassy.
