doe's the managment of QL know about scammers advertising on the site

and if they do, why arn't they blocking them or at least warnings the readers & members

as i came across an ad for iphone 4 32gb for only 1400QR brand new which is unbeleivable price so i emaild the enquiring about the phone and the guy even gave me better deel but off course there is a catch.....pay first via western union then you get your stuff. so be were of such scammers.
