DO NOT USE THEM...AOLOGIES FOR MY FIRST POST BEING A 'MOAN'...

It all started off badly. It was expensive as there doesn't seem to be an alternative to live in maids (providing maids on a daily basis for say 5 hours a day). We signed a 'contract' for a month.

The first maid was atrocious lasting for only 1 day. You wouldn't think cleaning was that difficult?! Fast forward a couple of more maids(all sorts of mishaps ranging from ruining expensive clothes doing the laundry - mixing colours and whites - to flooding the bathroom!), and we finally found a decent cleaner.

However after a couple of weeks she started turning up later...and then later. When we complained to the agency, they started making all sorts of excuses about traffic, driver being held up by security etc. However when we asked the maid, she said they had suffered no such problem...all a bit strange

Suddenly, out of the blue, the 'supervisor' called and cancelled our 'contract'. I laughably use the term 'contract' because it probably isn't worth the paper it's written on ....and I wouldn't even use that to wipe you know what......!

So we have been left in the lurch.....and am now chasing the money that was paid upfront......that was my first mistake....
