Gang dealing in forged stamps, alcohol arrested
Some of the fake seals recovered in the raid

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) arrested a three-member Asian gang involved in forging stamps (seals) and selling alcoholic beverages.
The CID branch at Rayyan Security Department received information about the gang after one of the members brought some forged seals from his country and used it for personal and commercial purposes.
The three were also selling alcoholic beverages from the residence of one of the members.
Once the information was confirmed, an order was obtained from the Public Prosecution to raid their residence.
A total of 46 fake seals, 258 samples stamped with fake seals and a computer used for printing fake documents were seized.
As many as 45 cartons of alcoholic beverages were also found. The gang members were referred to the Public Prosecution and the Court.
