Traffic dept shuts down 12 garages for violations

The Traffic Department (TD) has shut down five car accessories shops, for one month, for tinting the glasses of some cars in violation of the laws regulating it.
The Traffic Department also has closed down six garages for repairing cars without a repair permit from the department. Six other garages were also closed down for making modifications to the original specifications of vehicles.
The steps have been taken in the course of implementing the new regulations of the traffic law, which authorises the Traffic Department director to shut down garages and car accessory businesses for violating the law, for one month for the first time and three months for repeated violations. According to sources, the Traffic Department has formed an inspection committee to supervise the enforcement of the law, which has added new responsibilities for driving schools.

concerned with the tinting of glass than with the idiots on the road who climb up your tail and flash there brights at you!!!

They really need to get their priorities straight!

I went yesterday to tint my car's rear glasses and the shop refused to it.

You can have tint (30% max) after approval from Traffic Dept.
