uk nurses - jobs in doha

I am hoping to find work in doha. Could anyone tell me the monthly salary for general trained nurses. I have nearly two years experience post grad.

I have looked on various websites but i am still confused as to the best way to apply. Do employers prefer a nurse trained to degree level as I am only trained to diploma level.

Also i have read that I might need sponsorship?

Id appreciate anyones help :)
