When does QDC open?

I have asked a lot of people and no one seems to know. I have looked at a lot of threads on QL. Can't find an answer. Do you know? Also, are business's open in industrial area Wednesday 30August?

yes i confirmed frm office it will be open 3rd sept please wait only 4 days and enjoy drink well ok

During my last shopping they said they'll probably be back on duty by Sept 3rd (but who knows); we still need to wait and get some more info.Regards!!
