help on medical licensing

somebody help me on medical licensing requirements after evaluation. i'm filipino and it's my first time to register for licensing. does the police clearance should be from qatari ministry or is it equivalent for my nbi from my home country? what are the requirements for blood test and stamp vaccination? And i have a cpr certificate from redcross taken yr 2008.. does this could be used as a credential for the required requirements?
