pls help....hi all ima filipina Rn,already have a dataflow and evaluation,i just want to ask if is it ok to change employer?i dont want to pursue my career with the employer who give me a potential employer's letter which i used in the evaluation..no contract signing..is there any legal implication if ever i will transfer?anyways im the one who processed and shoulder all the expenses..i NEED ADVISE ON WHAT TO DO.. NEED ANSWER ASAP........PLS........TNX

@qatarelites-tnx for the info.. there is no visa stamp,no signing of contract,not working yet...i just got my potential letter from a certain clinic just for evaluation requirements..

If no visa is stamped, you no longer need NOC.

Yes you can if your current employer could provide NOC.
