After completion of 2 years ban still ban is not lifted by sponsorer,what is the procedure to remove the Ban?

I left qatar 2 years before from my job,now i got new job in qatar but still after completion of 2 years, my ban is not removed by sponsorer.So what is the procedure to remove ban without consulting to my previous sponsorer,any other way,pl.suggest me.
thanks, but i am out of qatar now. how to check that, my new company PRO checked it already, and he told that, my previous sponsoror have to remove ban, then only possible to do process for new visa. now what to do?
Cheeru khan is correct, you might have been blacklisted by your sponsorer,
Who told you that you still have a ban to come to Qatar? If it is true then check with the Immigration Department as there might be some complaints submitted against you and you are blacklisted. Re-entry ban is only for 2 years and it will be lifted automatically and Sponsors cannot interfere in it.
