west bay and negotiating apartments
Hello,
Besides west bay are there any other areas in doha which are nice to live in?
I went to sara tower and spoke to the sales office, are there listed prices usually negotiable? In fact is it expected to negotiate aggressively on price?
Is 11k qar a month for a large 2 bed apartment in zig zag towers a decent price?
thanks..
Yes I agree completetly, zig zag looked very shoddy..What are the other areas which are good to live in, as long as can make it a 20 min drive to city centre mall area, its fine.
ive seen the units at zigzag tower. firstly, they are small. second, the quality is crap. third, the pool on deck is depressing. i will not dare to live there.
There are some other nice areas to live in, it really depends on what you want from the place you live! Proximity to work or schools, lifestyle, facilites etc.Sara Tower will not negotaite on individual units as far as I'm aware, but their prices are not high in relation to the competition so they have no need to. Don't waste your time negotiating aggressively!11k is not bad, though I've seen them go for 10k semi furnished. It all depends on what is included. Make sure the landlord doesn't expect you to pay for the Qatar Cool (aircon)...this could bounce your monthly payment up significantly.
