Is it possible to apply two(2) visit visa in just one company letter at the same time? Coz, I'd like to sponsor the visit of my sister and brother-in-law here in Qatar.

for the sister inlaw and brother inlow very dificult to get visit visa ur brother and ur sister is ok
if u need more detailes and service cont 7 7 2 8 1 6 0 1
do it a little differently. Better to get the NOC typed which says for sister and brother in law.In the NOC they write who is the relative coming to visit you.
