How to claim car accident insurance (TPL)

Recently I hitted at the back of my car by a Rude driver service bus (KKT). This is the funny thing, He tells me and requested to me that he has no Resident Permit (pataka), and he dont like to go to the nearest traffic police station as the rules of the law.

The good thing  I did is to take a picture of the rude driver and the bus number plate, to present for investigation by a police officer.

so my question is this can a third party liavility(TPL) insurance can fix my totally damage car?

your suggestion is highly appreciated. thanks in adv. TIA

Vinyl Replacement WindowsThe size of the loss must be meaningful from the perspective of the insured. Insurance premiums need to cover both the expected cost of losses, plus the cost of issuing and administering the policy, adjusting losses, and supplying the capital needed to reasonably assure that the insurer will be able to pay claims. For small losses these latter costs may be several times the size of the expected cost of losses. There is hardly any point in paying such costs unless the protection offered has real value to a buyer. Aviation Insurance

diaasan911,

..and check will your repaired car because some of the garage will going to charge you on spareparts replaced as new, but the truth is they use only the old ones. Better to bring a friend technician to check first before you claim your car..

you can fix your car with the bus insurance but you should report the accident at the same day with the driver. you will take a lot of work to do for you beacause you need to go to the police station and get a police report and they will ask the bus info... istemara and insurance, plate number. then bring your police report to the bus insurance company for claim and the insurance company will refer you to their accredited repair shop. ussually car more than 1 year will be refered to outside repair shops. or they will ask you to go to 3 garage and let your damage be stimated and you will go back to the insurance company and they will choose the lowest price and refer you there. for new cars, they will let you go to your car company like toyota, honda, mazda etc. its a lot of work for you and a lot of time to wait for your car to be running on the streets again. my car still in the garage now since 2 weeks for just a door and fender repair because the garage is waiting for the sparepart to be shipped.

good luck!

then for sure, it has an insurance.  Get a police report and go to the "bus" insurance and file for claims so they could direct you to an accredited shop and have your car fixed.Let the insurance and the BUS owner do their own internal squabbling as who will pay (that is not your problem anymore).  Tell the police about the driver having no RP! Let the police take care of the owner and driver of the BUS!

TPL is intended only to fix the other car/vehicle that is damaged by you.. expenses to fix your own car will be paid from your own pocket...
