Visa extension for a sister who is taking care of my daughter?

Ramadan Kareem everyone! I would like to ask if i can still extend my sister's visa for another 2 months by presenting my daughters birth certificate upon application for extension because she is taking care of my daughter. Or if it is possible for her to exit to Bahrain or Dubai and come again for another six months visa. Thank you in advance for your replies. Happy weekend!..

If her family visit visa (and I'm assuming thats what she has) is already at the maximum stay time (6 months) then she must leave thye country and You'll have to wait for 3 months before being able to apply again for her visa.Taking her out to Bahrain or UAE is not going to change anything. Still she needs to be out of thye country for 3 months (at least thats what Immigration says)Regards!!
