Account Tutor For IGCSE student?

Asalamualaikum and Hello everyone! 
Hope you all are having a blessed ramadan and a great summer!

So my brother in an IGCSE , 1st year student, and he takes accounting as one of his subjects. Problem now is, he is facing difficulties understanding and coping up with the subject and since no one in the family ever took accounting, no one can actually help him out. Moreover, its pretty hard finding good tutours here, so I though maybe Qatar living would help a big deal. 

Now that you know my problem, can any one suggest a good tutour in the country, along with s/he's contact details? Or if any one who is qualified for teaching account insterested? If yes for the latter, please send an email along with your contact details to this email.
