Make it relevant as possible. Remove all unnecessary key responsibilities, n short courses.Keep it simple and to the point.Instead of saying  "Managed 100 employees in the operations department"Say "Successfully managed more than 90 Employees in the operations and achieved the internal targets consistantly."Make sense!

while making a CV / resume first u shd hav a clear picture in mind for what position u are applyin for.

yes it is boring to read a long CV if it is for clerical position.

but administration, financial and technical CVs nead to be in deatail as they are been read point to point

Make your CV clean and properly layed out .. 1 or 2 page will do, more than that will make it boring to read. Emphasize on your strength and abilities. And make sure to review your CV., spell check and doubdle check the dates.

in cronological order, important facts should be also mentioned. And try to be explicit but not too detailed cause that makes the CV/resumes boring to be read.Think that you need to say why you are the employee to look for. Also think in a cover letter, that might help you to send out a message to the potential employer or employers. If you need some more comments or help PM me.Regards!!
