Where to complain against the Samsung Mobile Dealer?
Last week I bought a Samsung Ace Mobile from the dealer. When I reached home i noticed that its getting automatically switched off and the batery life is only for minutes. I returned this mobile to the delaer. Now they say they will repair it which will take time and they have to send to Dubai. I said I need a replacement or my money back. But they refused to do so. Now please advise me how to proceed further. Is there any consumer grievance cell in ministry or should I go to police station to complain?
where did you buy it? I am using a Samsung mobile phone for more than a year and I have no problem with it. If it is really a dealer, then you should get a replacement!
This is not the first problem that I've read here in QL. It is difficult to get replacement or refund for defective samsung mobile so sad :-( . True or not I might just not buy any of their products.
