I am a Pakistani on Visit Visa in Qatar, can I go to India or to Nepal Straight from Here? to meet someone

I came in Qatar Nearly a week ago. but now for some reason I have to meet someone very ill there in india so is can I go to India striaght from Qatar.. i.e can I get Visa and everything Done from Here? or I have to go to Pakistan in Indian Embassy because there is a lil Tight Situation b/w both the countries.

Atleast can I Travel to Nepal from Here? There is no Big Problem with Nepal I Think so what will be the Process to go Nepal Striaght from Qatar. I know Qatar Airways Flights Fly to Khtmandu(Nepal from Doha). Please Guide Me about the Visa Things.

Every national except Indian, need a visa to visit Nepal, None EU and US national can’t get visa on arrival. So the case is you need a visa in advance to visit Nepal. You can apply for the visa on Nepal embassy its up on them to approve or reject without showing a reason. Every time when you apply you need to pay $245 in advance if rejected its gone.
