Since qtel changed their website I was not able to collect any of my nojoom points, does anyone in qatar has this problem?

it sucks, if the biggest internet provider in qatar cannot fix their own website, what good are they!

Today is Bashing Qtel

I got a qtel internet account, then when they start promotion for the mozaic cable tv integrated into the internet account , I tried to apply, but they gave me another internet account (its the fault of their employee) with mozaic tv, now i have two accounts and I complained to them ,(what will i do with the other account) , but they said it cannot be undone, i have to pay charges if i want to cancel coz its less than a year. This people do not have customer support and they have a lame internet connection.
