Hi Friends...

One of my friend got a job offer here in qatar and he is willing to come over here as soon as possible. But there is one confusion now, because 8 months before he worked in Oman and he left there without cancelling the visa. So i would like to know if it will affect him in coming here and issuing a new employment visa here?

Friends, please give me a correct and relavant answer for this...
