NOC from Bank for my Vehicle

I purchased my car through bank loan last year and still 4 years finance period is to complete the loan with the bank. Recently I heared a new rule about bank financed vehicle's if you are going out of Qatar you need a NOC from the bank otherwise you will not allowed to go out of Qatar. I am planning to go UAE during the Eid holidays with my car and what is the solution to get NOC from the bank without closing my loan. Please put your openions.
