My Driving licence expires on the 15th of this month, during the Ramadan can I get it renewed. I have no idea of the working hours of Government offices.

Visit their booth at the City Center ground floor below Carrefour. They may be open during the night this Ramadan. I renewed mine 3 weeks ago and took only 3 minutes. No requirements needed, just show your old license and get ready to pay QR 250 through debit or credit cart.
