I am in Qatar since 2004. I worked in one organization from 2004 to 2008 then resigned. and my RP cancelled by my old employer with No objection. Then I came back to Qatar with in a month and joined in different company. Now i have already resigned from my company and i am planing to start business in qatar with local sponcer tieup.

Now my Question is " still i need to get the NOC from my current employer ?"
