Hello Everyone
I'm a Hospitality Professional...I have been offered a management level position in a soon to open 5 star Hotel in Front office with a salary of 11,000QR + 2 Bedroom frunished apartment with utilities covered or (live out allowance of 6,000QR), married status (Im single),Company Transportion or Allowance of 500QR (Hotel within 10 minutes drive from accomodation),6 working days,yearly ticket and 25 days paid vacation.
Is this a good offer or should I negosiate further.
Your thoughts and opinions would be highly appreciated.

Yes, I have accepted the offer....I dont get why some people find this package unrealistic...I have friends in Dubai who have similar packages...sure I would be happy to give you discounts or even invite you for the pre opening test run...Unfortunately for obvious reasons I cannot reveal the name of the property...But I'll be happy to stay in touch,,,besides I could do with a few friends...I should be in Doha in a couple of months.Thank you again for your advise..I truly appreciate it.

Thank you for your advise...some here seem very surprised with the package offered and yes...Im told by the employer that it's a flexible contract i.e... the benefits would change as the my status changes, for my grade the package includes family status, Health Insurance and educational allowance as well...I realize its a good package.... just wanted to get a second opinion.Thanks again ...cheers

Really nice offer but Always negotiate further, ensure health insurance is covered, schooling for children (if you want) and flights home, bonuses each year, a negotiable contract so you can review, there is no harm asking!

Well first thing have you thought how lucky you are to have a great compensation right! But if that for long term plan or short term plan? Working is not just what you get paid its also enjoying it and loving your job. And for sure this is not your first time working abroad? Cheers ;)

sounds to be good but its depend only on which orgnisation your going to join.... so we will advise you better if u mention hotel name here
