1-Record his voice and play it when he is home...

2-Gift him a poster picture for his bed side wall ;)

always bring earphone with or use cotton  to put in your ear.. Maybe this will help ^_^

Talk to him AGAIN politely. Tell him why it bothers you so much. Maybe he is not aware of what he's doing or probably he has some medical problem connected with hearing...I know a friend who is like that, talking like yelling and he said that he could not hear himself well so he thought that he needed to speak louder so others could hear him, too...

There was a colleague of mine who would shout on the mouth-piece while talking on phone...I told him once to put it back on the cradle and keep talking as the other guy would listen to him anyway..:-/

Tell him how gem of a person he is. Pause for few moments and follow that up in a pity note to say "If only you were a bit cultured". On his demand of justification on the 2nd part, tell him why you think so. duh! Watch him keep his voice intentionally low next day onwards.. 

I tried few times, told him that I have problem with his voice.. Cant do my work.. So plz keep it lill bit low.. But he is an **********... Simple is that.. He cant understand..

maybe because he has a hearing problem... mostly people with such problem weren't aware that they are shouting already eventhough for him its just normal...

he needs medical attention and not "physical" attention wether to cut his throat or tape his mouth. it's like puting on a headseat with a loud music then  talk, you thought its the usual volume but it's louder than what you think.

If english: stare at him for abnomally extended time

now iam sure he have ears health problem , he never reduce his voice coz he think no one can hear him if he cant hear him self , if you give him rats he will give you frogs

Fluid ? Hmmm...u give him a super glue, just put a sticker on the super glue which should read as "Ear Drops" and give him ? :)

He is putting some fluid every morning n his ears.. And then close them with some thng.. So he dont feel he is that he is talking loud

please ask him to visit a Doctor some people have ears problems , make them cant or hard hear them self . while talking which push them to make louder voice , please advice him as work mate and maybe . you will be the reason to save him form more disease or more hurt in his ears

or how about throwing 2 dead plagued Rats on his table ? :(

I have the same problem. Use my iphone music to drown his loud voice.

Give him some pappadum and spicy appam ?He will be busy then in eating rather then shouting....:)

I think asking him to speak louder is the best method. He might come to realize that he was shouting.

He is on reception... And table is closed from front... Btw while giving shocks.. I m worried abt de voice again.. He will sleep few days.. But I will not then :(

Ummm...how about connecting some electric to his headset so tat he gets the electric shock and sleep for sometime ? :(

He worked there I thnk so.. Bcz n his country its a rule for every one to join army for some period of time..

I m serious...My son also having same problem.He say something and eveybody thing sthat he is shouting.Same problem is with my borther in law too.He also speaks and it feels like he is yelling....what to do?Do advise me too...

Tell him, you can't hear him, that he should speak louder. Do it as long as it takes to make him lose his voice completely. You will have peace for a few days.

turn up the volume on your headphones and listen to some tunes ;-)

hold your phone to your ears walk by him and swear in loud voice if he looks back tell him this guy on phone is a total jerk.

I m worried abt his wife... How much she will be suffering...

Look for another job or try your best to get him out of company
