I will move to Doha by September.
So .. I "m looking for apartment with one bedroom for sale (if the price is reasonable) in The pearl Area.
and I've heard that there is allot of new apartments for sale ,or for rent in Qanat Quartier-the Pearl-Qatar.
Does any one have any info about (the prices, availability ) and any info could be useful.
I hop that some body can help.

Hi tharaa4,Qanat Quartier has yet to be completed, and having been there last week I believe it will be October at the earliest for release.QQ was developed to be one of the more exclusive areas of the project, containing mostly low rise building, canals and venice-esque piazza's. They've mostly succeeded, and I was on the whole really impressed.UDC, the master developer, have no primary market units and they're only re-selling now. There are brand new primary market units coming available with other developers with prices still to be announced.The main problem in Qanat, will be the pricing. When sold, buyers were paying 20,000+/sqm and the market has now moved well away from that figure, 1 beds costing approx 2millionQR. These are the properties on the resale market. Those prices make it too expensive for investors and for buy to live the price is way too steep compared to rentals in the rest of the project.It depends on what you are looking for in an apartment; view, location, facilities etc. The more unique and special the apartment, the higher the premium.Hope that helps, feel free to PM me closer to your visit, and I'll help with any additional information at that time.Best regards.
