Visit visa is for visiting. Work visa is for working. Get the right visa first time.

If you want a tourist visa you have to agree to be a tourist and leave after your visit is up, no working! If you "buy" a business visa you are selling yourself into indentured servitude and committing an illegal act. If you want a job in Qatar, apply from where you are.

You can get a visit visa through a Hotel here, or arrange a business visa through a company that can help you with job offer. Good luck
