Transit at Dubai

I am Malaysian going back to my home country and will be transit at Dubai for about 2 hours. My question is my passport doesnt meet the minimum 6 months validity as it is only one month during my the day of time travel. I am wondering can I transit at Dubai or even allow to enter Dubai in this scenario?

Or can I even board the plane?

Thanks for the input, my passport it still valid it just doesnt meet the 6 months validity before it expiry. So I am not exiting Dubai / UAE  and just merely transit over there. As I am heading back to my home country 6 months validity doesnt apply travelling back to Msia.

I have been checking trying to engage with airline and UAE embassy but failed is either they didnt reply my mail or no one is picking up the phone :)

Transit is not checking the validity of your Passport for entry. It is the responsibility of the check-in staff to check if you can trasit or not but they will check if you have a valid Passport and ticket to travel through the transit.

How about contacting the Airline immediately and clarify if you can actually board the plane.

To my understanding at least a 6 months validity of passport is required to travel.

Also check with your embassy for clarification on the process to either renew the passport or to extend the validity to cover your travel.

Regards!!
