How long does it take for the court to issue the divorce certificate?

A friend of mine got divorced yesterday in the court. They signed the settlement contract between the two of them but she doesn't have the actual divorce certificate yet. I am helping her to join the company I work in and transfer her sponsorship from her ex to the co. We were advised that she needs NOC from her ex and the divorce certificate. Her ex gave her the NOC but we have no idea when we can get the divorce certificate and we are in a bit of a hurry to start the transferring process. Does anyone know how long it would take for them to get the certificate or any way to expedite it? Any info. about this is highly appreciated.
