To whom I can approach to solve this problem pls.....

I rented a portion of partioned villa through an agent. He promised fully furnished villa though some of the items belong to me. The aircondition is not giveing enough cooling and I reported this to the agent. He repaired several times but no change in the status. He is reluctant to change/repair the unit to get enough cooling and asking me to purchase a new unit from my pocket or leave the house from next month. Since he agreed to give me fully furnished why he is not providing me the service. Pls tell me to which officials I can report this matter to solve. I would appreicate your valuable advise.
