i want to update my classified to new time!

I crete one add on service type....after five minitues i tried again to add the same contents on  same type 'service'...but there is message displayed on top of window that'' you can't add more contents on service type"

but in other case i can see one add is repeted many times (five minitues from gap) on same type... i want to do like that..

plz help me......
