Difficult - unfortunately some Nigerians have committed major fraud here and the Qataris don't like that

I wish the world also notices that most of the nigerians live in such subhuman conditions as their forefathers have not been cunning enough to keep the outsiders away from  their wealth, the way  Arabs do. Arabs are really smart.

1. You cannot "go on the process" yourself. You have to find a job first, and then the company will issue a work visa for you.

2. If the company had approved Nigerian quota earlier, you are lucky. if the Company doesn't have a quota, forget about it, no any chance to get one.

Catalyst, that only means that company had a load of Nigerian visas available at some time.

You can't do much. If you find a company that is willing to sponsor and hire you, it's their problem to obtain a visa for you. So, yes. Apply and see if a company reacts.
