my wife is here on visit visa and i want to change it for residence permit..i am getting 7500QR+1800 for accommodation....(by hand only)..there are no bank statements....tell me the solution to get family status(RP) for my wife...Is it necessary to have bank statement?

yes.bank statement must show this much salary+HRA is tranfered to your A\c.
