Hi all,

I want to buy a Peugeot 308 CC, however some colleagues are telling me that it is not good for Qatar enviroment/Market .. and it has very low re-sell value, the car price is 99,000 QAR and with this money i can buy a 4X4 car like JEEP Cherokee, however i really like 308 CC ..

I want to know if someone have any experiance with this car in Qatar or the 307 CC, and the other question is i can't see any one selling the car as a 2nd hand ( either 308 CC nor 307 CC) .. is that because no one has bought it .. or it can be sold easily so that no need to publish it on the internet?:-)

Thanks!

Thanks a lot guys for your useful responses. I'll - of course - change the direction. Probably, Jeep Cherokee will be it .. as it is my 2nd choice.I may buy the Peugeot 308 CC in another country .. :)

And to add to the above...the car 308CC is driven by women quite a bit.

If you really like the car, then go for a used 308CC - you'll get it dirt cheap. Look for the Turbo Charged one. Airconditioner not that powerful for Middle East summers though - most european cars have this problem.

You are not seeing them for sale as everyone is too embarrassed to admit owning one. Seriously, they are absolute rubbish. 90k will become 45k as soon as it leaves the showroom. Get the jeep instead.

I would imagine that Qatar is far too hot for a convertible.  I'd go for the 4x4 if I were you.
