hi just want to ask a simple question... im planning to buy an iphone from the US, WILL THAT WORK HERE IN QATAR, I MEAN ARE THERE NO REGINAL SETTING OR RESTRICTIONS?? WILL THAT WORK AUTOMATICALLY THE WAY IT WORKS IN THE US WITH A QATAR SIM CARD??
WHAT IF ITS FACTORY UNLOCKED?? FACTORY UNLOCKED WHAT DOES THAT MEAN??
Better to buy in Qatar then from USA. You will have to get it unlocked from here, and no Limited Warranty if you buy it from USA...
Better buy an iphone here in an authorized reseller, which is already factory unlocked. Price difference isn't that much compared buying in US plus you can get one year limited warranty and claim it without any hassle. Settings are just the same if you buy an iphone anywhere, (just make sure it's a genuine one) and there's no restrictions. :)
go take classes on youtube and you will know how to mess with it.
factory unlocked iphones are expensive, even in USA u might get factory unlocked iphone double price comparing to the iphone from any network locked.
if u are thinking of saving money, then u will get locked phone, which u will need to unlock and will face problem of upgrading to new versions.
you will not have any warranty for the iphone bought outside Qatar.
there are many negative draw backs for the locked iphone bought from outside with the positive saving money.
obviously, that's why it says factory 'unlocked'! :)

ok let make it complicated.. :) i ordered an iphone from the US, how will that work here in qatar or in any other countires.. its factory unlocked.. will it work with a qatar sim?or i still need to make it "openline"? sound stupid.. but first time to use iphone..
