3 weeks basic salary per year is the minimim gratuity per law. For example if your basic salary is QAR.2000, the 4 years gratuity will be as follows:2000/30 x 21 = 1,400 per year.1400 x 4 = 5,600 for 4 years.

if nothing written in the contract about the notification of resignation, qatar labor law shall apply.

you can resign any time but see the agreement that you have signed abou notice period. basically 30days.
