My work Visa is started on November 2009 . 1 and half year finishing now .Presently my shop was closed . But my shop owner not closed the licence of Shop . Now i dont have any job . what i can do for changing of my visa ? what is procedure of it ? before january 30th i returned to India for take my Vacation . which one of my last date to return to qatar ? Please help sir ..!!!!!

When you think of the sponorship transfer, generally it require you to complete 2 years on the first work visa. However, please note the following points that may be helpfull to you.1. Make sure that your current sponsor will grant you release/NOC2. Find a new sponsor for you to transfer.3. Get the sponsorship change form filled and duly signed by both sponsors and validate it by immigration dept.4. Apply for a PCC (Police Clearence Certificate) from your Embassy. 5. Get the PCC attested by MOFA (Ministry of External affaris).6. Submit all the documents to your New sponsor for submitting to immigration. Make sure that your RP is valid during this process.good luck.
