One of my balls has grown bigger and filled with liquid?

My right ball sac is filled with liquid and also the right testicle (which is in right ball sac) is grown 2 times bigger than the other, I don’t know what is going on and what to do, please help me. what is this and how can I cure this

This sounds like a Hydrocele...which,as you say,is fluid around the testicle.I have seen quite a few in my career as a nurse.Please get an appointment with a genitourinary doctor.If left untreated,they can reach enormous sizes,though not in every case.It is very unlikely to disappear on it's own.
