Compensation

If any body terminated directly withouat any warning letter or any complaint from the duty and he is not geting his settlement in time after so much follow ups then is there any clause in Qatar Labour Law that he can get the salary of remaining days. it means he is sitting in the company accommodation only to follow up for his settlement and company is making delay for paying his settlement. for example after one month or some days then it is not the duty of the company to pay him for the one month salary or whatever days he sits for his settlement because he is waisting his time as the company is delaying his settlement.
