it was not at all helpful.

i am fed up and i came back.

i went to human rights also...

it was not helpful for me...

anyway...

try to go to CID and inquire about their complaint about you. After that, you will know what is the right thing to do. You may wanna call a lawyer after.

the labor law is written on paper and not sure where it is. I would suggest you take a lawyer to assist you as well you should inform your embassy if you are reported to the authorities for any wrongdoing.

How many days would it take.

y not... go to industrial area. street number 13.

then take a form in arabic. complete the forum with all ur complante. u have to go to a typing center to fill that forum since its in arabic.

then file a case. you will get a recept. and with that u have to go to labour office near ramadha...

well my old sponsor came to know that i am going to start a business...

i resigned from the job. so the company is suppose to cancel my visa and give my passport, exit permit and ticket to me....

but they gave it to CID. they might have given a complante that i am working outside and not with the company.

i dont know what i will do. and how to get my passport back..

going to a labour court is a funny thing...

they accept only the case if u have any problem with settlement of money...

Why did they give your passport to CID? What is their explanation? Did you complete your contract?
