From an offroad/performance perspective it is as good as an H3 or FJ Cruiser...My only gripe is that you pay a bit too much for basically nothing...there's hardly any options in the car worth mentioning...So I went for an FJ, best car I've ever had...As for the maintenance/spare parts ? Toyota is still a better option than nissan or Hummer...

I just had to end up with another new Xterra, the Off Road model. Reliable, well priced, the best off road vehicle on the market with the new differential locking system. The best on- and off road vehicle for me and my family. Resale value is one of the best on the market, a very desired car. I spend long hours daily in the car as I have to comute a lot, very comfortable and excellent a/c. For me? A MUST HAVE :)))))
