Worst Car Repair Workshop/Garage in Qatar!
had suspension problem (weird noise from the front left wheel) with my car 2 months back, went to National Garage (name changed to Jerusalem Garage now due to unknown reason) at Street #24 Industrial Area.
was told I need to change the tie rods etc and will take 3 days, eventually it took them 3 weeks to get it done! not only that, it comes with all subsequent problem which wasn't there at the first place: battery dies, fenders damaged and gone. I couldn't do anything as they denied it's their responsibility.
now after two months, the weird sound comes back again. When I called, I was responded rudely that they are not responsible for it coz it's already after 2 months. Come on, I spent QAR4k plus for this sub-standard works???!! I already told myself before hand that I would never go back to this stupid workshop again but this definitely has got to do with the poor workmanship!!! This morons are applying try n error method on customers cars!

I also suffer similar experience, I had vibration problem in My Altima car, took to AlTayama workshop near street no 12. He charged 6000 QR, but after I take delivery new problems started like oil leak, abnormal sound from gear box in addtion to old problem. I visited several times in the last 2 months, now he is telling he cannot do anything, and i need to take my car to someone else. Is there any way to lodge complaint about such people?

here's the kicker - awesome service. I don't even bother with other garages anymore. These guys even took over all my insurance issues when some bozo rear ended me. I just handed them the police report and keys and everything got done.

I had given my merc for service to a private garage... those guys replaced my automatic transmission with a faulty one and sold mine to another customer ... i caught them but i had no proof ... police refused to register or help. I took the loss ... better to go for service at the dealers. it's not worth going to these dishonest garages. One of my friends had a similar case... they replced the electronics in the dashboard of his bonneville and put a faulty one.

Took agessssssssss to fix the tire rods, found the same problem after 2 days, took back the car and they somehow managed to makes it worse LOST 4 THOUSAND RIYALS coz i had to buy the parts ONCE AGAIN this time from my own pocket and not insurance as they denied.
Point is just make sure no one else goes to that sh!thole
I had a car hit the back of my Forturner and damaged my bumper, exhaust and brackets. I asked around for a good repair shop and was told Crystal Auto on 26th street. Well they said they could repair the bumper and make it look like new. I asked the price for a new bumper and they said expensive, they could repair for cheaper. A week later I go to pick up my Toyota and the bumper has brackets that have been glued in place and falling off, the body work on the bumper had curves, it was a totally terrible job. I went to Toyota expecting to pay 3000 QR and paid less that 500 QR. Took the bumper back to Crystal Auto (This was an insurance job) and they had to pay half. They painted the bumper black and I found white spots in the paint which they said they did not do, but they were painting a white car while I was there. Buy new parts don't get these guys to repair your body panels, it will never be the same.
we're in the same situation bro., NATIONAL GARAGE is one the worst repair shop in the world. I once get my car repair there 'coz it's the insurance recommendation. the cannot fixed my bumper guard. their reason was it was not covered by insurance? before accident everything was complete on my car.i think the employee of the QATAR INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE is to be blamed also. sure they are getting something for recommending a repair shop or the insurance itself is the real culprit...
