How to change from QTel Thomson wifi router to own Linksys N Gateway?

I have QTel's Thomson TG585 wifi router and it keeps losing connection throughout the day. I want to put my Linksys WAG325N Wireless Gateway back (used to have it before Mozaic) and it fails to connect to internet. Does QTel block the IP address of any other router? Any ideas?

Thanks for the help, it would appear that I had mixed the passwords for the Thomson router & QTel server... Doh! Linksys working, QTel Thomson retired and Mozaic in the skip..haha.

You can replace your thompson modem router with linksys but you have to setup also a bridge to be used by your mosaic decoder.
