It is also known that 75% of the Qataris have debts. But the country has a surplus! Maybe the money doesn't go to the citizens?

Continue to by overpriced overseas hotels and shopping centers, then drain the LNG as fast as you can, then spend a large portion on it on infrastructure projects that are solely for a few weeks of use ten years away. Oh, and don't forget to hire out all of this work, including the planning, managing and investing to overpaid expats.

This will drain the country of much of its wealth and force is underemployed citizens to work for a living. These people care about their nation, and so they will do much better at tending to it than a bund of overpaid foreign mercenaries who are here to skim all the wealth they can.

Off course there are lots of financial problems, as nobody know where to put the money. They need more and more banks to transfer the money there. The guy who started this thread should be Manager of world Bank or might need a good psy consultation.

If everything is going on so well, lots of surplus and the ecconomy booming then how come some companies are talking about recession and are deliberately removing employees out here or maybe the mistakes of the mangement are being passed on to the guys below in the name of recession.

I appreciate your pro-active thinking being a finance man.

Of all other so many unresolved issues in Qatar, how the hell you got into this I wonder ? If there is any so called economic problems in Qatar, you wouldn't be here.

God alone must save your employer and the co., hired you.
